			If you have opportunities of interest to Tennessee dancers, please send us an email for inclusion on this page. TAD is looking for professional quality photographs for inclusion in revised TAD print materials (membership brochure, fundraising packets, conference and summit brochures) and here on the TAD website. We are looking for performance and teaching photos including both individuals and group shots. Photos of children, teens and/ or adults are needed. If you have good quality photos, please submit them with correct photographer and subject credits. Preference will be given to TAD member individuals and organizations. Please send them either in a jpeg file by email or mail photos to the TAD office. Nashville Ballet is selling a complete Nutcracker production. This production earned Nashville Ballet millions of dollars! Now it can be yours for a very affordable price. Complete production includes the sets, costumes, and props. Nashville Opportunity: I am looking for a few excellent free-lance teachers who share my desire to offer an alternative to competition or recital-driven classes for children and adults. Opening in August, Second Story Studio for Dance & Related Arts will offer affordable, quality classes in Modern Dance, Ballet, Tap, Lyrical & Old School Jazz, Pre-ballet, Creative Dance & Drama, Tai Chi, Drumming, Yoga, etc. The studio, located in West Nashville, was formerly operated by the late Wanda Lenk followed by several others including Nashville Ballet. I have been a free-lance dance teacher in Nashville for 30 years (Metro Parks, Vanderbilt Dance Group, University School, TN Dance Theater, etc.) If you have an interest in teaching a class (or more) with an emphasis on technique and personal expression in a nurturing, creative environment, I'd love to hear from you. My goal is to surround students with positive professionals who demonstrate their skill, personal style and healthy attitude with an inclusive and inspiring teaching manner. There will be opportunities for creative, tasteful, low-pressure performances. This space will also be available (and affordable) to individuals and groups who want a comfortable & safe space to rehearse or work on choreography in the off hours. It is a simple 1000 sq. ft space where Harding Road splits into Highway 70 and 100, with a nice wooden floor, equipped with mirrors and barres. Unfortunately, Second Story Studio is not handicap accessible and does not have a high enough ceiling to work lifts.
